  I whipped up some poutine for me and Yuki. Not half bad!

  1. Those look like very good quality cheese curds. I can almost hear them squeak just looking at the photo. And the gravy has a nice dark brownish hue, or is that just the dim lighting concealing a golden BBQ-style sauce. Finally, are those hand-cut home fries? Anyway, nice plate, very classy presentation. Oh, is that fork unusually long or is it an optical illusion?

  2. Normal fork. I smuggled some cheese curds and a can of St.Hubert poutine sauce back in my luggage. I've become quite a good fry maker over the years and these homemade babies were greasy and delicious!
